Enterprise

Programs, not just projects.

Large organizations get the same accelerated model and the same written prices — applied to multi-workstream programs, one bounded phase at a time.

How we price a program

Fixed-price phases, not open-ended hours

A program is too big to price in one number honestly. So we do not. We split it into phases, price each one before it starts, and let you stop between any two.

Phase 0 — Scope

A paid, fixed-price discovery that ends in a written plan you own, whether or not you continue with us.

Phase 1..n — Delivery

Each phase is priced and agreed before it starts. You commit one phase at a time.

Transition

Documentation, runbooks and handover to your team, or an ongoing managed service.

Your team

One named certified architect owns the outcome

You get a named certified architect accountable for the program end to end, a delivery pod sized to the phase, and our AI tooling doing the repetitive work underneath. Certified architects make every design decision and sign off every deliverable.

Governance

  • Weekly working demos, not status decks
  • Written status every week: done, next, blocked, decisions needed
  • One change-control log, agreed in writing before anything moves
  • A named escalation path on both sides

Security

How we handle access and data

  • Sandbox-first: production access is requested only when the work requires it, and is time-boxed
  • Least-privilege access, revoked at the end of each phase
  • Our AI tooling works from configuration, metadata and sandbox samples, never from your production records
  • Credentials are never shared with an AI tool
  • Your data is never used to train any model

What a scoping session covers

  • What you are trying to change, and by when
  • Which systems are involved and who owns them
  • Where the work splits into phases
  • A written estimate per phase, with what would make it move

Start smaller if you would rather

You can start with one fixed-price package — an assessment, a migration — and see how we work before committing to a program.

Tell us what the program has to achieve.

We will come back with how it splits into phases and what the first one costs.
