Package terms
How our fixed-price packages work
A plain-English summary. The written scope and agreement for your project govern your engagement.
Fixed-price scope
Each package price covers the scope, limits and inclusions shown on its page. Before work starts we confirm your requirements and send a written scope. The price in that written scope is the price you pay.
Changes to scope
If you ask for work outside the written scope, we agree it in writing before doing it, either as another package or at a rate agreed in writing. We never add charges without your written approval.
Payment
Fixed-price packages are paid 50% when the written scope is signed and 50% on delivery. Managed Salesforce Admin is billed monthly in advance; you can cancel anytime and the service ends at the end of the paid month.
Your responsibilities
You provide the access, sandboxes, information and sign-offs listed on each package page. If access or decisions are delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount; the price does not change.
Warranty
We fix defects in delivered work that are reported within the warranty period stated in your written scope, at no charge. A defect is delivered work that does not do what the written scope describes.
Third-party costs
Software licenses and subscriptions, including Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, connectors and middleware, are paid by you directly to the vendor and are not included in package prices.
How we estimate typical US costs
Where we compare our prices with typical US costs, the figures are estimates: published US Salesforce partner rates of $150–250 per hour multiplied by the typical effort for similar work. They are not quotes from any specific firm. Sources:
